Hi Joanne!
Welcome to the forum!
Your injuries sound ouchy! How did you do it?
I (think I) dislocated my shoulder last August. I fell out of a straight edge with no spotter or mat... Still having physio now (nuff said I think!) _________________

I have had several major falls, but the last one was at a jam with Lola and North Pole where I spectacularly dismounted from a Jacknife by my top hand grip becoming spectacualry and unexplicable greasy at a pivotal moment. I am not planning any more falls for a while......
Welcome!
