Hello from New York!Hi Everyone! I am brand new to pole dancing. I'm only one week deep, but I am completely addicted already! After years of wanting to try it out but being too scarred, I bought myself an xpole and made the commitment. Granted, I could barely lift my arms over my head last week. But I figure the skill is definitely worth the pain!
Anyway, I look forward to finding some great tips from all you lovely talented ladies! Hopefully, eventually I'll be able to share some knowledge of my own!
