Oooh, that reminds me, my mountain climbing brother went on my pole last night and went straight into a proper split grip flag, no jumping into it.....he was SO impressed with the pole as something to work out on for his climbing...I will get pics asap ....

Yeah, although part of me never wants to let him near it again! Shoulder mount first go - didn't even break into a sweat. He was doing split grip pull ups on it for ages.....actually SMILING.....feet never touched the floor - grr. Sorry, I mean, yes he's so talented.
*kicks pole for obviously being easier to use when her brother goes on it*
