Hello!Althought I have posted a message already I thought to stop by the Newbie section anyway and say a proper "Hello everyone!"
I'm sooo new to pole dance compared to all of you I'm quite embarassed. I'm looking forward to being fully involved in this forum.
Thanks to Lola Cherry Cola and Suzysafloozy for your support!

Welcoem to the forum and don't worry - we were all new to it once, and some of us (me included) are still fairly new to it

Hello and welcome!!
Definately no need to worry about being a newbie, I've not been poling long & have to take it really slowly cos of old injuries etc (better safe than sorry)
Sure you'll fit right in, we're all pole-mad!

Hi Fran!
Sharon here who competed with you in amateurs in Manchester. Didn't get chance to congratulate you! Loved your routine, it was really enjoyable to watch. Your dancing is really smooth.

That was me I love that spin... courtesy of Hayden's teaching.
Fran's winning routine was to 'in love with a girl'

Hello everyone!
I was just thinking....I'm going back to Italy tomorrow for family issues (weddings...not mine lol! and baptism).... I'll be without a pole for 12 ALL days!!!!! I will have withdrawal symptoms, I'm sure! And all my muscles will go down and once back I will not be able to hold the pole for more than 2 secs!!!! OH NO!!!!!
Oh, and the food will be good (*not so sad anymore*)...and plenty of it.....good bye diet!
Ok, I will try to do some excercise at least (stretching, push ups, abs....or something like it)......
What do you think? Will I be able to keep the promise?

Just in case you get this while you are over there - I didn't have a problem in Italy cos all the road/ street signs are the right size to do tricks on! So ya can work on stuff over there and we expect pics to prove it.......
