Im back!Well i started lessons about a year and a half ago, i only had about 6, ever since ive longed for a pole..
I finally got one this weekend, its a second hand xpole but it does the job!
Thing is ive forgotten all the spins i learnt, its slowly coming back to me.
I lok forward to chatting to you all and learning new things yay! Im so excited!
Also my 6 year old daughter is hooked, she hasnt been able to leave it alone, we have been fighting over it, shes better than me!! Shes climbing it already!!
Can anyone point me in the right direction of online tutorials or really good dvds?

you can use youtube for some tutorials.
