Hi everyone

This is to let you know that The Pole Dance Directory.com has recently been re-launched, and to invite you to list your pole website in whichever Categories suit your business best, for free.

There is a huge range of Categories, covering Pole Schools, Forums, Dance Pole Suppliers, DVD Suppliers, Clothing, Pole Blogs, Teacher Vacancies, and a lot more. They're arranged in broad subject areas targetted at pole dance Learners, Buyers, Professionals and Enthusiasts.

As of today, the Directory has been averaging 400-600 visitors a day, this really is a great place to promote your business to all areas of the ever growing pole dance community, and for zero cost.

You may remember the first version of the Directory which launched in 2006, and ran into problems with the backlog of work required to put all the listings etc on to the site. This time round, you can create and manage your own listing(s), therefore giving you complete control and and making the whole process faster.

To add your site, please visit http://www.thepoledancedirectory.com and click on the 'Add a Listing' link in the Top Menu, and follow the Instructions from there ... easy!

As well as Listings, feel free to send in news of pole events, pictures, articles, and any other contirbutions / ideas you can think of! Smile

----Edit to say ... all the listings on the original site have been lost, so unfortunately if you had a listing there originally a few years back, you'll need to add it again to the new site ... Embarassed

i hate to seem like a div but i have been trying to put a listing up here for ages, just thought it wasn't working cos it took a while to upload and checking back now, it's still not there.

i'm doing everything it says! x

Thank you for adding your site to, or registering with the Pole Dance Directory.

I hope to make some improvements to the site soon, for instance, there will be the opportunity to submit Articles, on a pole-related subject of your choice. These should primarily be informative and useful to a newbie reading up on the subject of pole dancing; however, you're welcome to promote your pole site in your signature, or 'For further reading, please visit ....' statement.

I will also set up a 'Featured Site' which will be highly visible from the Home page, and will remain in place for approx 6 weeks. As the Directory receives around 500-900 visitors a day, this is a great way to promote your site, and is completely free.

In order to encourage more people in the pole industry to add their details to the site, I'm launching a mini competition. The person who refers the most people who have successfully added their listing to the Directory will be the first featured Pole Site on the Home Page. Please encourage as many fellow pole schools / sites to add their details as possible, and ask them to include a note saying you referred them, so I can keep count!

Lastly, a polite request about hot-linking. Just now, the Directory is a non-profit making, privately funded site. In order to keep my costs down, I'd appreciate it if you did not hotlink directly to my banners. Please download them to your server space, as this preserves my bandwidth and keeps my costs down.
