Who's dressing up? This has properly sneaked up on me so I haven't got anything sorted yet, and I'm in Uni today, working tonight, in Uni all day tomorrow, and working all day Saturday.
Guess that means I'm gonna have to traipse up to the attic and see if I can find my old gymnastic leotards, lol

I spent the night with a wet towel over my head. I woke up at 3am and my migrane had gone, my pillow and the side of my face were soaking wet, my earrings had been removed (????I have no recollecion of doing this????  ) and there was 2 huge Giant Schnauzers pinning me down. One was on the dry half of the pillow snoring.
As exciting as that sounds, I wish I had been able to come to pole divas instead, so BRING ON THE VIDS!

Oo I had such a great time.. I reeeally enjoyed performing!! I went along with NO expectations, as I know my tricks arent up there with the others, so i decided to just do what I do best, give it some, have fun, and enjoy it!!! I was so please with my performance, I slipped a few times, but hey.. never mind, all in all, it went how i wanted it. I gave it my best, thats what counts.
I found the whole thing this year was all a bit tense, faaaar too serious for my liking.!! I also think I spoke to loads of you backstage.. without even knowing who you were.. so sorry, you guys should have just said "Jojo, its me from the forum"!!!! I was a bit hyper.. doh! My vid is on facebook.. send me an add if you arent on there.. Lola, if you have one I'm cool with you putting it up, though if its from behind, it may not have the same effect!! |

Special congratulations to my lovely friend Svarri/Kyra on winning 2nd place in the Advanced. Amazing! And more congratulations to my lovely friend SashaLeanne on her amazing routine. So so proud of both of you!
Also congratulations to Jojo and Wee-trixi on your performances. I really loved both of your routines. Oh and I loved all the performances after the competition was finished before the results were announced. Also AMAZING!! And I was so happy Annie Norris won too. Aw Lia, shame you couldn't make it. Had a brill time and enjoyed performing too. Know I've no where near the same moves as others but same as Jojo went with no expectations apart from to enjoy it - which I did! And Jojo - I LOVED your routine! Was one of my favs!
It was lovely to meet so many of you and you are all so nice! 
Sorry to those who I didn't get to meet, Gutted! My cold is even worse now, feel like I'm gonna pass out. Even worse my BF has got it too. It was terrible getting home from Manchester today! Gonna go to docs tomorrow I think! Oh - yeah I dont mind vid being put up! I'll put up my own when I'm feeling better! |

What a great night, I was absolutely steamboats by the time we got there! Apologies to anyone who couldn't understand my drunken Scottish rabble lol! Was safely tucked up in my Travelodge bed by 1pm and on the road this morning.
I met the lovely Lola who looked fantastic, loved cheering on Wikipole (since no one else was cheering so I looked like a nutter - heyho!) Met Suzy who is gorgeous and Faye who I believe I nearly knocked over when I jumped off a ledge - sorry Faye! Was fab to meet you!
Hayden is just beautiful and I promise I will stop making puppy faces at her.
Meet Sasha (Berridge) and Svarri too, who we both lovely - fabulous routines ladies!
Think I saw some other forum girlies here and there and must mention that Debs looked awesome as always. Big helo to Bubble too who was busy busy so a wee smile here and there! (Did I miss anyone?) Got a few select vids to upload before the camera cut out 
Loved lots of the performances and was great to see and talk to Vicki and Paul down there from Scotland (Paul had a suspected broken hand after doing a flip on the floor if anyone wondered why he walked off - he was doing great aswell). Thought Sasha (Kavaleva) was fab, I always really like her dancing! Well done Annie and all the other competitors and winners! |

That's good news its not broken. He did so well for carrying on for as long as he did. I really liked his routine. Hope he recovers soon. Sprains can also be nasty. |
