Yo! This has been posted on Facebook but wanted to stick it here too so you guys know about it as well...

♥We would like to invite you to come and join Emily and Pipsical at Emily's Vertical Art's Pole Jam and night out♥.

It's being held at one of our Milton Keynes studios Sunday 24th May in the afternoon 3 until 6pm.

We will have at least 6 poles (with room for more if needed!) so we do need you to book your place guys.

It's from 3-6.30 (and we are hoping to get it to start earlier, just need to shift the step class into the car park hehehe) so you can do the full event or however hours many you like for just £3 per person!

Free parking and plenty of it, full changing facilities. Please bring water, cloths if you like and some food if you intend to stay for a while.

This is a time to practice and swap tips, there will be no official instruction at this jam so participation is at your own risk and for that reason we would prefer only intermediate or above level students/instructors (minimum ability level is Gemini, Scorpio, Swallow & Helicopter/chopper competently).

You will need to book your place by sending an email to theteam@emilysverticalart.co.uk with your name and mobile number, or texting either 07747 578031 or 07545 531742 with the same information.

If you need to cancel your place please text 07747 578031 or 07545 531742 in good time so we have a good idea on numbers, so we know how many poles to take.

In the evening we are off to Pink Punters, we will start with drinks in the main town Lloyds bar from 8pm and head over to Pink Punters for about 10.30.

Even if you don’t attend the jam please feel free to join us for the night out, it’s a bank holiday weekend so we intend to party ♪♫♂♀.

I am gutted, I can't come! And Millwall did get through yesterday so I have a free day as well Sad

I had a nasty fall down some steps and sprained my ankle, bruised the other leg all the way from my knee to my ankle, I need to try and stay off the pole.

For those of you whom are coming tomorrow I can't wait. for those of you who can't come...I am crying (Jo JO and Kat bring the kids..we can give them fit balls and the pool table!! lol lock them in the cupboard or let them loose around the building and hope no-one notices!!!
