We would like to invite you to come and join the Polenastics team for our next jam.

It's just £4 for the whole 4 hours (or part of) and being held at one of our new studios in Stotfold, Hitchin on Sunday 8th November 2009 from 1 until 5 pm!

We will have 4 super tall poles!!!! This time we are limited on peeps, this means GET IN QUICK to book you attendance and only bring a small bag with you, none of these HOOOGE great luggage bags cos we got less room this time but BOY you will NOT believe how gorgeous this place is!!!!! May be worth getting a day trial and having a swim and sauna after! http://www.gl14.com/fairfield/day-trial/

It's from 1 until 5pm so you can do all 5 hours or however many you like and it’s here:

GL-14 The Health Club
Fairfield Hall
Hitchin Road
Stotfold
Bedfordshire
SG5 4HP

Here is the website: http://www.gl14.com/fairfield/gallery/ CHECK OUT THE POOL!

Plenty of free parking available too!

You will need to *book your place by sending an email to theteam@Polenastics.co.uk with your mobile number ASAP*

Please make sure you book on early as our jams do tend to get a bit ramadamdoodled!!! We would LOVE to see lots of our regular faces and some new ones too!

Please join this group too so people can see who else they may get to jam with.

Let the team know if you are up for it so we can work out numbers and get you booked up!

*DON'T FORGET* Please email theteam@polenastics.co.uk if you are attending so we know how many to expect.

*PLEASE NOTE: Jams are, by nature, unsupervised therefore you attend at your own risk, and although you will have other polers to give you advice there is no formal instruction. We would therefore prefer you to have had a minimum of 6 weeks pole fitness lessons and be confident on the pole – (it is most preferential if you are a competent inverter too, as you will be tempted to fling yourself upside down A LOT!) Polenastics DO NOT want anyone getting damaged by attempting a spatchcock when they haven’t even nailed a chair spin yet ok peeps! Very Happy x

We are REALLY looking forward to seeing you there Very Happy

And if you can make this one - we have another one coming up in January too so keep your poling eyes peeled !!!!
