hey so in Bubble's vid is that the forearm grip for lunch box and bow and arrow? I need to learn how to do the forearm grip for these and I haven't been able to find a video of it that was clear enough, except this one if it is forearm grip

They are Marksman variations. The B&A is quite nice with the over shoulder grip. you have to have a flexy back to reach back there in the first place though. the lunch box an pencil versions require a lot of abs and balance!

hmm now that I re watch it I am thinking I already know the answer to this question. NO. it is a split grip but not forearm grip. Awesome video though!
