I have photos and I've spoken to the rep I speak to. She is getting me the head offices number...
It's a good job I'm not allergic to the dye...(I'd have been screwed hair colour wise then! go back to natural!!! NOOOOOO)
I have gone loopy today....must be the isolation of my office this week...i'm all on my lonesome

Definately take out the "copy" bit.. it either is an X Pole or it isn't  |

I think it's a copy as in if you move a file on your computer it will be named "copy of xxxxxxx" or "shortcut to xxxxxxx"
It's a copy of the "PAGE" on the site.
