woo!! Thank you so so much stacey!!!
Yeah I've been learning to pole dance since I was 16 so like 7 years, however I could only go upside down until 2005 which is when I had a lesson with Pantera and realised oh my god tricks can be done on the pole!! hahaha!
So yeah Jamie I have been doing it a while but if you remember at that comp all I could do was a firemans spin!! So maybe I'll change it to, ''I have been pole dancing for 7 years but my first 3 years I didn't realise you could go upside down on a pole!
Your right Deb some compeition stuff is missing too, maybe thats got lost in translation.
