Hi Caroline - I'm also based in dublin (originally from Perth, Australia), I've been poling for a while now, love love love it, but am getting a bit frustrated by the lack of advanced classes/help/instruction available here - there's not even any permanent studios (Drogheda is too far!)   Do you train by yourself or do you go to a studio/club?
