Only 10 days before Leisure Industry week.

This year Vertical Leisure will be launching their new range of products which are sure to amaze you and change the face of the industry. We have been working hard on these so we are all very excited at the X-Pole office to be finally launching and demonstrating these products.

In addition to this exciting news Vertical Leisure have a POLE FITNESS arena dedicated to Pole Fitness classes. This is the first year this has ever been done so we are very excited about this as we have some amazing instructors coming to work with us.

Please see time table below:

Tuesday :
11am-11.30am – Introduction To Pole Fitness With Annie Norris And Stacey Pope
12 -12.30pm – Leanne Rostron Level 1 Pole Fitness Class
1pm – 2pm – World Famous Miss Suzie Q Workshop And Demo
2.30pm – 3pm – Stacey Pope Basic Pole Fitness
3.30pm – 4.30pm – Sally Ann Giles – Pole Fitness Class

Wednesday:
11am – 12 – World Famous Miss Suzie Q Spinny Pole Workshop
12.20pm – 1pm – Leanne Rostron Level 2 Pole Fitness Class
1.30pm -2.30pm – Annie Norris Tricks
2.45pm – 3pm – Miss Suzie Q Demo
3.30pm – 4pm Sally Ann Giles And Stacey Pope Basic Pole Class
4.30pm – 5pm – Leanne Rostron Tricks Class

Thursday:
11am – 11.30am – Annie Norris – Pole Fitness Class
12pm – 1pm – World Famous Miss Suzie Q Workshop
1.30pm -2.30pm – Leanne Rostron Level 1/2 Pole Class
3pm – 3.45pm – Sally Ann Tricks

I'm now working on the Thursday with Delvin Clarke and the Vibe team at the Keiser stand... he wanted me there for 3 days but I can only manage one! So I will se some of you lovely ladies up there and will try and get along for some poleing too!

As soon as LIW is over then our NEW website will be launched with everything on. I am really excitied as i am now testing more new stuff that has just come in Smile
