Body and Pole

we have agreed to do a 24hr pole-a-thon in the function room at Kai's bar in Louth on 24th October from 2pm on saturday til 2pm sunday.

It is to raise funds for the local when you wish upon a star fund who has had an appeal in local paper as they are short on their funds this year and needed to raise an extra £21000 for their childrens trips to lapland this christmas. full details on Grimsby Telegraph website.

We have the unite union members from LOR station who have already offered to donate £5 per member (600 members so thats £3000 already if we last) if we do it. and have offered to provide technical assistance for us to set up 24hr live webfeed and an option for poeple to donate online.

Anyways its gonna be a case of the more the merrier. and if any of you could come along it'd be great. 2 poles have to be occupied throughout the whole time and polers can come and go throughout that time (except me who needs to stay there for the full 24hrs for insurance purposes). If anyone can attend can they please message me and i'll send you a sponser form.
